Pieter Casneuf is CEO and shareholder of ADAM Software. He is responsible for the business development and commercial rollout worldwide. Pieter holds a PhD in chemistry and biotechnology and a MBA from the Vlerick School for Management. Over the past 26 years Pieter has been a Financial Officer at OFUP (a media company), CEO of AdValvas Group (venture capitalist) and General Manager at DOMO Group (a major European carpet mill). At DOMO Group he had responsibility over four production units in Belgium and Germany, and was also responsible for the worldwide sales in over 80 countries. Pieter left DOMO Group and looked around to set up his own business. He came in contact with Dirk Noppe of ADAM Software, Dirk and Pieter found an agreement to roll out ADAM as a digital asset management system worldwide.
Yorick Bloemen is CFO at ADAM Software. With 20 years of financial experience, Yorick is a seasoned finance and administration professional with experience across a variety of industries. Prior to joining ADAM, Yorick held senior financial and operational leadership positions at MediaMarkt (retail electronics), LUON (customer marketing agency), Ello Mobile (non-profit telecom), Acasa (real estate development) and ING Belgium (banking). Yorick holds a Master of Applied Economics from Antwerp University and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Gent University. In his spare time, he loves being a pilot, dreaming of flying a vintage DC-3 propliner.
As Chief Delivery Officer, Carlos is responsible for product development and support of ADAM Software solutions. Additionally, as a member of the executive team, he guides several strategic transformation programs within the organization. Before joining ADAM in 2014, Carlos built a career over 20 years in the software industry and worked at TSS, FiServ and Exact among other companies. In roles including general management, product management, development management, outsourcing and sales management, he created a multi-disciplinary expertise in building and growing software development organizations in an international context. Carlos takes pride in guiding enterprises through transformational processes with a strong focus on the team and the individual. He has followed several management and leadership programs including an MBA from Maastricht University. When not being a coach and leader, Carlos is a father to a son and a daughter with a strong interest in travelling, movies and comedy.
Brent Richards is Chief Revenue Officer at ADAM Software. With seventeen years of experience in the digital marketing, marketing operations, creative operations and marketing technology space, he is responsible for global partner operations, expert services and sales operations. He has a proven track record growing global technology companies including ZONZA (a WPP/Deluxe Company), Accenture Interactive, Maxamine (acquired by Accenture), Omniture (acquired by Adobe), Salesforce.com, Siebel (acquired by Oracle), etc. On this journey he has built highly successful sales, consulting and implementation companies and teams, established strategic partnerships and alliances, and created many new and innovative digital marketing technology software and solutions. He is an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for new software development, empowering people, delivering results and delighting customers.
